Rental Forms
The Pigeon Event Center is available to rent for weddings, celebrations, meetings, and community or business events. To request a rental, all potential renters must complete and submit the official rental packet.
This page walks you through what to download, how to complete the forms, and how to submit them.
Step 1: Review Rental Information & Rates
Before completing the rental packet, we recommend reviewing the current rental rates and available spaces to be sure the Event Center fits your needs.
Step 2: Download & Complete the Rental Packet

The form can be completed digitally and saved before submitting via email. Printing is not required unless you prefer to fill it out by hand.
Step 3: Submit Your Completed Forms
Once completed, submit the rental packet using one of the following methods:

Please ensure all required fields are completed. Incomplete forms may delay processing.
Important

A 50 percent deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Rental dates are not confirmed until the completed packet and deposit are received.

Proof of insurance is required. If you do not have homeowners or renters insurance, event insurance must be obtained.

Rental rates are subject to annual review by the Village of Pigeon Council.
